Delnet on behalf of Northamptonshire County Council has undertaken a range of office space planning to enable (a) maximal and efficient use of accommodation which in turn has lead to (b) the Council being able to rationalise its dependence upon office accommodation. A key focus has been New Ways of Working and Flexible Working thus moving the Council and its staff towards alternative working practices and models.
